These Terms cover the AI bot templates listed at ds-usg.com/ai-bots.html (Ship Desk, Surface Hold Check, Creator Pay Desk, Template Scrub Desk, Connector Scope Check, Release Safety Bundle, Capabase Seller Desk, and Fleet Scrub Desk). Seller: Double Slit LLC (North Carolina), 4030 Wake Forest Rd Ste 349, Raleigh, NC 27609. They are not offered by any individual in a personal capacity.
Where you buy. The templates are sold through the Capabase marketplace (capabase.ai), which handles checkout and payment through Stripe. Purchases made through Capabase are also subject to Capabase's terms and refund policy (https://capabase.ai/terms). If these Terms and Capabase's terms conflict on payment, tax, or refunds, Capabase's terms control for that purchase.
What you get. Each template is a draft-only software helper. It produces informational checklists and drafts (for example PASS / FAIL or CLEAR / NEEDS ACTION). You approve every send, post, listing, or spend; the templates do not act on their own. You connect your own accounts.
Not advice. Software template only. Not legal, tax, accounting, compliance, audit, financial, or investment advice. Not a fiduciary. This bot is not your lawyer, auditor, compliance officer, or fiduciary. PASS / FAIL and CLEAR / NEEDS ACTION are informational only. A CLEAR result does not mean you are compliant, approved, or free of risk.
Your responsibility. You review every output and are responsible for your use, your content, your accounts, and third-party platform rules (including Capabase, X, Stripe, and any connector). No guarantee of platform eligibility, payouts, sales, detections, or business outcomes.
License. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template you bought for your own business. You may not resell or republish the template itself.
No warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Double Slit LLC is not responsible for platform changes, account limits or bans, missed detections, or business results.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Double Slit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Its total liability for any claim about a template is limited to the amount you paid for that template in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law. North Carolina law governs these Terms, with venue in Wake County, North Carolina. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
